A company built by listening to its own advice

Votie Solutions Inc. is a Canadian software company. We started with Votie, a feedback platform whose first clients were restaurants and Québec casinos — places where thousands of guests and employees have something to say and thirty seconds to say it.

Listening to those clients created our next two products. Casino employees needed a reporting channel safer than a suggestion box, so we built SignalitUP for anonymous, compliance-grade reporting. All those conversations produced knowledge worth keeping, so we built note2it — and as AI assistants multiplied, note2it became the shared memory that connects Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini through MCP.

We work in English and French, host data in Canada, and build on open standards. Every product we ship follows the same rule the first one did: make it effortless to speak, and make sure someone listens.
